Some employers ask you to fill in standard forms. (This might be as well as or instead of a CV.)

The standard questions will be similar to the main sections on your CV.

There may be extra questions that will give you the chance to sell yourself - for example:

Think about your research into your skills and qualities, and the job when writing your answers. Highlight the things that make you better then someone else - such as skills, experiences and interests needed in the job.
